Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds. No cancellations. A bubble starts delivering the moment the payment clears, so there is nothing to return.

What you are buying

A placement on the Buoy board for a fixed number of days, at a fixed rate per day. Delivery begins immediately: your bubble appears on the board within seconds of payment and stays there for the full period you bought, up to 90 days.

Cancellation

A placement cannot be cancelled once it is live, and the fee is not refundable in whole or in part — including if you stop wanting it, change your product, or take your site down. There is nothing recurring to cancel: every run is a single prepaid purchase, so you are never charged again unless you buy again.

The narrow exceptions

These are the only circumstances in which money is returned:

• You were charged and no bubble appeared. If a payment succeeds and no placement is created, we either create it or refund the payment in full.
• You were charged twice for the same placement. The duplicate is refunded.
• We removed your bubble before its time was up for a reason that was not your fault. You are refunded pro-rata for the days not delivered.

No pro-rata refund is due when we remove a placement for breach of the Terms — for example a link that is illegal, deceptive, or does not go where it claims to go.

Making a claim

Write to hello@interestship.com with the email you paid with and the payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, and typically take 5–7 working days to appear depending on your bank.
